Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning
We are currently looking for a Curriculum Manager to join the hugely successful Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Loughborough College.
With over 200 full time learners the team consists of highly specialised SEN provision, ESOL 16-18 years olds and delivery on some aspects of Level 1 foundation learning programmes. Managing a dedicated team of lecturers and tutors, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics and our teaching and learning, curriculum design and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in managing SEN provision and significant experience in teaching and assessing on specialist provision. You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of successfully developing, inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to deliver teaching and assessing excellence.
You will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet changing needs and expectations of learners. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with a range of external stakeholders and partners and cross college departments to deliver the co-ordination of services and support to learners and staff and maximise progression opportunities.

Important Information
