Employee Relations Advisor
The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, and flexible Employee Relations Advisor to join its busy Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER related issues. You will be the key HR support for employee relations and ensure that any issues are handled in accordance with policies, procedures and employment legislation. You will have performance management experience and verbatim notetaking experience is essential.
You will also support on employee experience duties such as embedding diversity and inclusion alongside facilitating and organising CPD and learning and development related activities such as the annual College conference and health and wellbeing events.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take a step up in their HR career and develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a very supportive team.
To be considered for this position you will already have a recognised HR qualification as well as Maths and English GCSE passes (or equivalent).
