Trainer Assessor - Engineering
The Leicestershire College is looking for an experienced and flexible Engineering Trainer Assessor to join our apprenticeship team to support in the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Trainer Assessor or someone wishing to leave industry, to work on a full-time contract to carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace.
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Competency in the subject area
- An appropriate Assessor qualification (for example D32/D33/A1/TAQA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
- A qualification at a minimum Level 3 in the subject area
- Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours

The terms and conditions of employment offered by the Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Important Information

To be eligible to apply for a Tier 2 visa, the role advertised will need to have an educational standard of at least A levels and the salary for the role has to be a minimum of £25,600 unless in a shortage area i.e. STEM or if you have a PhD relating to the role.
