Hear From Our Level 3 Students Receiving Their Results

Congratulations to all our Level 3 students who received their results yesterday (14 August 2025)!

We’re proud to share some of their inspiring stories below — hear first-hand about their experiences studying at Loughborough College Group, their reactions to their results, and the exciting next steps they’re taking in their journeys.

Ruby Thomas

Level 3 Animal Management student, Ruby Thomas, has achieved DDM and is heading to Pershore College to study Veterinary Nursing.

Ruby said:

“I’m very excited to have achieved the grades to go to university to study Veterinary Nursing. The Animal Management team at Brooksby College have been an incredible help to me throughout my time at here and I can’t thank them enough.”

Jay Patel

Jay Patel, who studied A Levels in Business, Economics and Sociology, was thrilled to receive his results today — achieving an A*, A, A. 

Jay said:

“I’m really chuffed, all the hard work has paid off and I’m so pleased with these results. I chose Loughborough College because it’s always felt like a supportive, welcoming environment, and the teachers have been incredibly helpful throughout my time here.”

Khushi Patel

A Levels

Psychology - B

Khushi studied A Levels in Business, Media, and Psychology, and credits the supportive teaching environment at Loughborough College as a key factor in her success. During her time at the College, she made remarkable progress—rising from an E grade to an A* in Business.

Reflecting on her achievement, Khushi said:

"Getting these results feels incredible. I put so much hard work into my studies, so it really means the world to me. My mum went to Loughborough College, so I’d always imagined following in her footsteps. When I saw how perfectly the subjects I wanted to study were offered here, I knew there was nowhere else I’d rather be. The staff have been unbelievably patient and supportive, and that made such a difference—I was never afraid to ask for help. I’m now heading to Loughborough University to study for a degree in Psychology, and I’m so excited, especially as it was my first choice."

Ceylan Toma

T Level Education (1st Year) – Combined A*

Ceylan initially joined Loughborough College to study A Levels but made the switch to a T Level in Education once she was certain she wanted to become a teacher. She has just completed her first year, achieving an A* overall grade, and is excited about what the future holds.

Ceylan’s placement is at a bilingual nursery, and she’s found the hands-on experience invaluable—particularly when applying real-world insights to her assessments and coursework.

Ceylan said:

"I didn’t know much about T Levels before starting at the College, but the course has been incredibly valuable. The placement element really appealed to me, and it’s definitely proved to be the right choice for how I learn. Being able to focus entirely on Education studies has been ideal for me."

Nat Clarke

Level 3 Animal Management student, Nat Clarke, has done incredibly well, achieving D*D*D* and getting into Harper & Keele Vet School to study Veterinary Medicine & Surgery.

Liv Oswin

Level 3 Animal Management student, Liv Oswin, has achieved the required grades to study Zoology at Manchester Met University.

AJ said:

“I got into my first choice university so I’m really excited. I’ll now be going to Loughborough University to study Urban Planning which is the study of designing towns and cities. I absolutely adore this subject and I’m so pleased with this result. My time at Loughborough College has been great, everyone has been so supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do my A Levels.”
