The Application Process

Please submit your application and you will then be required to email a copy of each of the following documents to international@loucoll.ac.uk in support of your application and to help us make a decision on your offer

  • Recent Academic Transcripts or Certificates achieved (English translation if required)
  • English Language test
  • Your Passport
  • Record of previous UK student study/visitor visas if applicable

Unconditional Offer

Congratulations! Your offer letter will include information on what to do next.

Conditional Offer

Congratulations! Your offer letter will detail the condition(s) still to be met alongside additional information on what to do next. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Unsuccessful

Our International Admissions Officer will contact you to explain why you have been unsuccessful and offer advice on alternative routes of study where appropriate

Step 2

Acceptance Form

Complete and return your Acceptance Form to reserve your place.

Provide Evidence

If your offer is conditional, you need to provide evidence to prove that you have met the condition(s) of your offer e.g. academic transcript or UKVI SELT.

Step 3

Pay Deposit

Once your offer is UNCONDITIONAL, you can pay your deposit towards tuition fees or provide a financial guarantee letter from your official sponsor.

Visa Application

When you have paid your deposit, we will issue your CAS that you will require to apply for your student visa. Please inform the College when you have received it.

Step 4

Travel Arrangements

Inform the College of your travel arrangements so we can collect you from the airport if required. Keep in touch should you require any more information!
